Her last tour - her own comment i have experienced many times. Sometimes I feel guilty when I say I live in Carlton 'where?' a person might ask . ' Oh lygon street' I reply thinking of the ugly grey tower and what it seems to mean to so many people in Melbourne. Just the other day passing 480 block on a tram - woman to out- of- town companion ' thats where the trash live - they are lowest and they are all druggies there.......' warming to her subject she continued on.
